Customer Service Administrator

The Role
The Tenant Registration Co-ordinator will join the Property Professional team at PrepayPower, working with asset managers, managing agents, and investors in large-scale residential projects across Ireland. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the requirements of asset managers regarding utilities and register tenants for utility services. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work with Kaizen Energy, our recently acquired sister company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to facilitate new site connections and register new tenants.
- Successfully register new tenants for utility accounts, including electricity and heat services.
- Contact potential new customers and provide them with information on terms and conditions.
- Send out large volume SMS notifications related to our developments.
- Maintain a register of new tenant registrations.
- Drive customer relationships during interactions and ensure positive engagement that contributes to customer satisfaction.
- Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong customer focus and dedication to providing excellent service.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Good knowledge of our products and systems, including the App and SP+.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent phone manner and strong problem-solving skills.
What we offer:
- On Target Earnings €32,000
- €27,000 basic salary and 5,000 target related bonus.
- The first month's bonus is guaranteed.
